What to expect

Book a time that suits you. Our triage will ask about symptoms and any red flags.

The GP reviews your triage, asks clarifying questions, and decides whether a prescription, test, referral, certificate, or another next step is clinically appropriate.

You’ll leave with a plan and clear next steps. If red flags appear, we’ll direct you to ED or in-person care.

Also called: repeat prescription, medical certificate, referral.

Suitability: Prescription, certificate, referral, or test questions with clinician judgement.
